Hello My Friend!
You made it to the end of the series. And this is the good part.
Over the last six weeks, we talked about waking up, knowing who you are, healing, your body, your relationships, and your power.
Now we get to the two questions that change everything:
What is my life for? And what do I want it to look like now?
Purpose: It's already in you.
A lot of women in midlife feel this quiet pull. Like something is trying to get their attention.
That is not a crisis. That is a clue.
Purpose is not something you have to make up from scratch. It has been leaving clues your whole life — through what lights you up, what you keep coming back to, what your pain has taught you, and what you cannot stop thinking about.
Most women do not lack purpose. They lack space to hear it.
Ask yourself this week:
- What makes me feel most alive?
- What have I lived through that could help someone else?
- What have I been pretending not to want?
You do not need one big answer. You just need to start listening.
Vision: Now let yourself want it.
Once you know what matters, the next step is simple — but brave.
Let yourself see it.
Not just what you are done with. Not just what hurts. But what you want to build.
What do you want your mornings to feel like? Your body? Your work? Your peace?
Vision is not a fantasy. It is a direction.
And the most powerful question you can carry into this next chapter is this:
What would the woman I am becoming choose here?
This is not the end. It is the beginning.
You do not have to have it all figured out.
You just have to stop dismissing what is calling you.
There is more in you. Something is pulling you forward. And you are ready.
That is enough to begin.
So you know...

I am going to continue to share this newsletter with you all every week, at least thats the plan. I am also going to start sharing mini guides here that you can download and use in your daily life.
I just want you all to know I appreciate you. I want to give glow up energy to my content and help other women glow up too.
Also as many of you know I am a weight loss journey. Down 184 lbs since May 2022. The last 2 months I gained 7 lbs. It was rough. I was eating a lot of unhealthy sweet. And I think my body, mind and heart are finally processing my mom's passing back in January. Sunday I weighed myself, which I have not done in about 3.5 weeks. I was up 7 lbs. I can happily say it was a huge wake up call. Today is Thursday and I am down 4.7 lbs since Sunday. So I am motivate, dedicated and trying to reach my dream, goal weight by end of year. Weight loss is no joke. It's not about willpower, its about consistency, a set of routines and rituals that work for you and your particular lifestyle.
I can tell you this week I meal prepped the following and have been eating on repeat:
Breakfast - Pina Colada Protein Chia Yogurt
(I shared this recipe last week on my Instagram).
Lunch & Dinner - Asian Chicken
(I will share this recipe next week on socials, because I like it and I am making it again this Sunday).
Snacking on fresh blueberries, raspberries, and steamed broccoli with Kinder's Seasoning.
As you can see I am routine like and very simple with foods. I have the perspective that food is not a big party. Not for enjoyment. Not to bring me happiness. It is fuel, energy, wellness, weight loss, skincare & body care. I get my dopamine hits now from loosing weight, learning, conversations, family, friends, exercise, content creation, helping others, looking better in fashion, glowing skin, saving money, and glowing up my life.
For exercise this week I have walked everyday so far. I have gotten at least 9000 steps each day. I have also done the Tracy Anderson Method workouts on Sunday, Tuesday, and today. On Monday & Wednesday I did diastasis recti exercises for my core.
I want to keep this momentum going, but its all about planning & prepping. Planning my foods, my workouts, my reading time, my family and friends time, my content time, my pampering time and my down time.
Thanks for joining this newsletter. I will check in next week and will provide you some glow up energy so you too can make midlife your best season yet.
Have a great rest of the week,
Love, Jax
