Happy Saturday!

Next month, my house gets incredibly quiet. My son is officially moving out on his own. As a single mama who spent years managing a household solo, paying for private schools, and pouring absolutely everything into my boy, this shift is deeply emotional.

But I refuse to let this empty nest be an ending. It is my launchpad.

This weekend, I am celebrating a massive career win, and I want you to be the first to know the details. In two weeks, I start a brand-new, high-performing corporate position in mortgage lending operations, deep-diving into institutional investor loans.

Alongside this, I am officially reactivating my Ohio Real Estate License! Iโ€™m combining my deep lending background with real estate execution to help investors find and fund cash-flowing rental properties, and yes, to fund my own dream of owning a 10-bedroom beachfront retreat home in Charleston, SC.

My primary financial targets for the next 90 days are locked in: become highly proficient in my new corporate role and pay off my car loan completely in full.

But a high-performance career requires a high-performance body.

If youโ€™ve been following my journey, you know Iโ€™ve already lost 190 pounds mostly naturally (with a 30-pound assist from Zepbound nearly two years ago). Today, I am officially entering the final stretch to drop my last 80 pounds.

To execute this massive professional shift while simultaneously mastering my health as a 48-year-old woman in perimenopause with PCOS, anxiety, and depression, I am locking in my strict daily wellness protocols:

  • My Nutrition & Fasting Protocol: I am sticking to my 16/8 intermittent fasting window (and 20/4 twice a week), with zero snacking and simple, Sunday-prepped meals.
  • My Movement Protocol: At least 45 minutes of daily walking (including my favorite 15-minute post-meal walks) and strength training three times a week.
  • My Mindset Protocol: Daily journaling, thought downloads, and reading my physical "Why Card" 3 to 5 times a day to keep my promises to myself.

I used to think physical fitness and financial fitness were separate. They aren't. They are driven by the exact same engine: discipline, self-respect, and keeping promises to yourself when nobody is watching.

Iโ€™m pulling back the curtain on every single spreadsheet, meal plan, and milestone right here.
